Hello, I'm Victoria Marshall and I am the founder and CEO of Distinct Encounter Voice Over. Devo (Distinct Encounter Voice Over) Strives to promote dreams and visions into profitable reality by showcasing businesses and events in a way that will leave a lasting impression through voice over before the dynamic encounter.

 

     My interest in becoming a voice over artist is contributed to the person behind the "Voice of the Airport"  Ms. Carolyn Hopkins. I was sitting in my parents kitchen in Warner Robins, Ga around Thanksgiving of 2011 when I heard Ms. Hopkins being interviewed on CBS News. I remember telling my Mom, "I can do that"!!!   I finally decided to pursue finding a school for professional voice over training after hearing my Pastors , Tony and Cynthia Brazelton ask the question, "What's in your hands"? We have all been gifted with God given gifts. Instead of my gift being in my hands, it's in my mouth,  MY VOICE!

 

     I completed professional voice over training in 2017  with voice over actor, singer, multimedia producer and owner of LiliBach Studios, Ms. Leah Frederick.  Shortly after,  I became part of the Media Department at Victory Christian Ministries International in Suitland, Maryland under the direction of Ms. Ileta Flowers. I am forever grateful for every opportunity to use my God given gift, my voice, to represent the heart of those I serve.
